Qudrat began at a difficult time. We were struggling to keep our earlier business going, and we decided to put our money into something new and uncertain: our own clothing brand, one that would also carry a piece of Jaipur with it, the colours, prints and craftsmanship of Rajasthan woven into every piece.
We wanted to build the kind of brand we would want to buy from, where good clothes don't cost too much. That means good cotton, solid stitching, and a premium feel you can see and touch. A piece should stay as it is, without staining easily or tearing apart quickly.
We don't want to give anyone false hope or a piece that feels worn out before it's worn. When you buy from Qudrat, we want you to be happy you did.
Qudrat is built by family. While the brand and the business carry Ashish's vision, it's his father and sister who give that vision form, carrying every piece from tailoring to printing, through to the finished garment in your hands. Every piece that reaches you has passed through theirs first.
