You may request a return within 7 days of your order date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original condition. To help us process your request quickly and fairly, we ask you to submit a short video of the item along with your reason for return — this protects both you and us in case of any dispute.
Once approved, your refund is processed automatically to your original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider, typically 5–7 business days after approval.
At this time, Qudrat does not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please request a return and place a new order separately.
Certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" or non-returnable at the time of purchase. Any such item will be clearly indicated on the product page before you buy. All other items are eligible for return within our standard 7-day window.
