By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

Account details: your name, email address and password. Your password is stored in a protected (encrypted) form, and we cannot see it.
Delivery details: your name, phone number and full delivery address, given at checkout.
Order information: the items you order, their sizes and prices, and your order history.
Shopping activity: your cart and wishlist.
Reviews: ratings and comments you post. Your name appears beside them.
Return requests: the reason you give and any video you upload to show the item's condition.
Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up to hear about new collections.

To create and manage your account.
To process your payment and deliver your order.
To send order confirmations, password reset links and other messages about your order.
To handle cancellations, returns and refunds.
To prepare invoices and keep the records the law requires.
To send our newsletter, only if you signed up for it.

We share only what each service needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment provider (Razorpay): processes your payment. Your card or UPI details go directly to them. We never see or store them.
Delivery partners (Shiprocket and courier companies): receive your name, phone number, address and the contents of your order, so they can deliver it.
Email services: send our order and password emails, and our newsletter.
Hosting and storage providers: keep the website, database and photos or videos running securely.
Authorities: if the law requires us to share information, we will do so.

We store a login token and your cart in your browser's local storage, so you stay signed in and keep your cart.
Logging out removes your login token.

The site uses secure (HTTPS) connections.
Access to order and customer records is limited to admin accounts.
No online system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

We keep your account information while your account is active.
We keep order and invoice records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
You can withdraw any permission you gave us to use your information, for example for our newsletter, at any time.
Some order records must be kept by law, so we may not be able to delete those.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in our emails.
